Mirabel began her spiritual journey over a decade ago while working in the legal world. After exploring countless healing modalities, it was Kundalini Activation that truly cracked her open — helping her cultivate deep self-love, connect with others, and step fully into her power. Now, she’s passionate about sharing this life-changing energy with others and hosts regular group and 1:1 sessions.

Louise is a compassionate guide who holds sacred space for clients as they embark on their personal healing journey. Drawing from a rich toolkit of Shamanic Energy Medicine, Seidr Magic, NLP Coaching, and Reiki, she empowers individuals to release what no longer serves them and step fully into their innate power, light, and connection to love. Louise weaves ancient wisdom with modern techniques to help clients reconnect with the deep inner knowing that resides within — your true, wise self.
What can you expect?
✨We will start the afternoon with a guided meditation to help us ground into the space, focusing on the power of the full moon.
❤️ This will followed by a cacao ceremony to open the heart space.
🐍We will then move to a powerful 60 minute Kundalini Activation.
🍰 Following the powerful healing activation, we will sit in circle together to enjoy some home made cakes and herbal teas. Take time to journal, share or sit in delicious silence.
🔥To finish we will be letting go of all that is holding you back in life with a fire letting go ceremony.
What is a cacao ceremony? ☕️❤️
A cacao ceremony is a heart opening ritual. You will be provided with a warm drink made from pure ceremonial grade cacao. A beautiful recipe. We will set an intention beforehand. The cocoa supports emotional openness and heart centred connection.

What is a Kundalini Activation?

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, journal, water bottle, eye mask and a special cacao mug (if you have one). If you do not have these items please let us know and we can provide them.
Not at all! This event is beginner friendly and open to everyone, regardless of experience with cacao, meditation or energy work. We will be there to support you.
No. Ceremonial cacao is not a psychedelic. It is a natural and gentle plant medicine that enhances emotional openness.
No two sessions are the same — each experience is unique to you. As the energy moves, you may feel emotional release, spontaneous movement, deep insight, bliss, laughter, or a powerful sense of peace. Many leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more alive — with a deeper connection to love.
We will provide full information prior to the event. We recommend eating lightly before the event, staying well hydrated throughout the day and setting an intention for your day.
We will offer a full refund if you cancel with at least 14 days notice. Following this the ticket will not be refundable but will be transferable. If you can’t attend, you may give your ticket to a friend. Please notify us in advance of any changes.
The event will be held in a lovely outside garden space at the host’s peaceful home in Warlingham, Surrey. Details with full address will be sent prior to the event. There will be parking available at the property however this will be limited so please arrive early if you need to park.
