You'll experience full moon guidance, a soothing sound bath, bask in a heart opening cacao ceremony to enhance your self love and connection, journal for release and clarity and be supported by sisterhood community.

A sound bath is an opportunity for your nervous system and body to come back to balance through sound waves of instruments and sound bowls. All you have to do is lay and relax and the sounds of the instruments will take you on a journey of relaxation.
It is hosted by Georgia Barnett, the founder of The Self Love Club- a women’s empowerment and self love coach, passionate about helping women come back home to themselves and find their soul tribe. Georgia has been running ceremonies for over 7 years worldwide.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before so we can start promptly at 7.30 for a warm welcome and mingling treats.
There will be snack and treats and vegan friendly nourishment.
