Full Moon Sound Bath, 7th of September, at the Clophill Center

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and mindful experience. You will lie down comfortably and allow to be bathed in the vibrations of various healing instruments. Many different instruments will be used to create healing vibrations such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes and drums.

Please bring along with you:

• a yoga mat
• a blanket
• pillow

Schedule

Please arrive early enough for a 8:30pm start. The sound bath will last about 45-50 minutes and then we will have 15-20 minutes for integration.

The Clophill Centre, Shefford Road, Clophill, MK45 4BT.

There is plenty of free parking on site.

Refund policy

Full refund, up until mid day Wednesday before the event. After that it will depend if I can book someone else in your place.
