Join us for an enchanting evening under the full moon by the entrance to Stubbs Copse Woodyard.

This is your chance to pause, let go of what no longer serves you, and recharge your energy in a truly unique setting. Surrounded by nature, firelight, and the healing power of sound, you’ll leave feeling grounded, peaceful, and renewed.

Please do your best to arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes early to get settled so the session can start promptly.

Please note - Whilst Sound Baths / Gong baths are suitable for most, it is not advised in the following situations:

  • 1st trimester of pregnancy (Cacao is also not recommended)
  • Anyone with a pacemaker
  • Unsupported serious mental health condition
  • Sound induced epilepsy

Please also inform us of any of the following:

  • Metal implants
  • Tinnitus
  • Severe illness
  • Recent surgery

As the Woodyard will be closed, please park along Crossbush Lane, there are always plenty of spaces on the opposite side of the entrance to the East
