On Sunday 7th September at 6pm, I invite you to join me in the cosy yurt of Yoga Yurtopia for a 1-hour full moon sound journey.

We’ll gather under the energy of the moon, resting into the vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs and sacred instruments. This is a space to let go, receive, and reconnect with your inner light. ✨ Mats and blankets will be provided so you can simply arrive, relax, and be held by the sound.
