Welcome to your wise and wild self...Welcome home to yourself.

“There’s a wildness within us that yearns to be physical, sensual, animal, free...But, the fear of this unknown part, of where it might take us and who it might make us, has left us only half alive.” Phyllis Curott

Fearing your own wildness, yet drying out in your container? That's the dilemma of the soul-seeking woman...This space is for anyone who wants to re-claim their wildness in the world. You may be experiencing significant life events, you may be at the threshold of pregnancy, postpartum, peri/menopause... You may be seeking a deeper connection with your womb, your pelvis, your creative feminine wisdom.Come and join me on the full moon where we we land into our bodies through breath, meditation, self touch and womb yoga.Sessions will include:

  • Check in and intention setting
  • Breathwork or mindful self-touch
  • Gentle women's yoga (womb yoga for pelvic health and vitality)
  • Yoga Nidra (guided rest)
  • Journalling /silence/ Sharing circle (optional)This is an inclusive space, open to anyone who identify as female (with or without a womb). The yoga we practise together is gentle and beginner- friendly...Come with an open-heart, bring a journal/pen, and have your cushions and blankets for the yoga nidra. You'll be invited to have your cameras on during the circle time. Sharing your feelings is encouraged but not obligatory.

I look forward to welcoming you into Wise & Wild gatherings!Pinar x

Frequently asked questions

Do I need any prior yoga experience?

No. The movement we practise together is beginner friendly.

Do I have to have a physical womb to practise womb yoga?

No. We work with the energy centers (the second chakra) so even if you don't have a physical womb, the healing and nourishment you receive will be the same.

I am currently trying for a baby. Is this class suitable for me?

Definitely! The breathwork and pelvic movement we do in the sessions are suitable for anyone who's pregnant or trying to conceive.
