Full Power Cacao Ceremony

Full Power Cacao, movement, breath, song, meditation, drum healing and shamanic journey. Asian, South American and Celtic vibes. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, water and drum if you have one. For best results please avoid caffiene and alcohol and eat a light/vegan diet for 24hrs prior to the event and stay hydrated. Entrance is on Witton Street opposite the Nisa with some parking directly infront of the church hall and also infront of the church on Glebe Lane. Please note this event is not suitable for under 18s, under the influence of recreational drugs or alcohol or those with severe mental health conditions such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder.
