THIS COURSE WILL BE RUN ONLINE VIA ZOOM - YOU WILL RECEIVE A LOG IN THE FRIDAY BEFORE THE SESSION

If you are booked with another hospital, please note that you will not be able to attend.    Water has the most amazing effect on women in labour and is a gentle transition on the birth babies.   This 2 hours workshop will discuss the benefits using water for labour and birth.  It will also show you an educational DVD of a water birth.    The course will be taught by Kookie Salt, Midwife. Birth Partners are welcome to attend (there is no need to book an extra ticket for them).   To book onto this course you must be at least 36 weeks pregnant and say yes to ALL the following criteria:

• Pregnant with one baby
• Baby is in the head down position
• A well grown baby on board
• Have BMI less than 35
• No health problems to you or your baby
• GBS +ve with no other risk factors
