Schedule: Weekly on Wednesdays
Duration: 12 months + 3 months EPA prep
Format: Online delivery + optional in-person workshops (London, Kent, Nottingham, Derby, Birmingham, York, Manchester; travel covered)

- Marketing Impact and Planning (20 weeks)
- Social Media Management (16 weeks)
- MarTech – AI in Marketing (12 weeks)
- Optional: Content Marketing, Search Engine Optimisation
Programme Highlights

Study Workload
7 hrs/week (during paid working hours):
- Classes: 2 hrs/week (recordings available; catch-ups provided)
- Self-study: 2 hrs/week (reading + 10–20 MCQs)
- Reflective report: 3 hrs/week (workplace application)
Funding & What’s Included
1. Department for Education Fund: Apprenticeship tuition (100% fund for levy payers; 95% for non-levy with 5% employer contribution – £300 total or £30/month for 10 months). This fund includes tutoring services, learning materials and marketing executive level 4 certificate.
2. Kent Business College Fund (Not Covered by DfE): Kent Business College is currently covering these costs for the first 10 learners as part of our promotional offer for this programme. This fund includes:
- Optional CIM Level 4 Certificate
- Membership & exam fees
- Transportation Costs for Optional Workshops
- Graduation ceremony and rewards
Eligibility Criteria
- UK resident for the past 3 years
- Self-employed individuals are not eligible for DfE funding
- Paid employment in England (normally 30+ hrs/week; minimum 16)
- Must not require sponsorship to work (must hold a British Passport, Indefinite Leave to Remain, or Tier 2 visa with at least three years of UK residency)
- Employer company must be based in England and registered with the Apprenticeship Service
- Spend at least 50% of their working hours within England
- This apprenticeship cannot coincide with any other government-funded training programs. You must have completed any prior funded training before the start date of our apprenticeship cohort

- Add Us to the Apprenticeship Digital Account Service (DAS): Log in to your Government Apprenticeship DAS account Government Apprenticeship DAS - If your employer does not have an account, you only need the Government Gateway credentials (username and password) to create an account.
