Study Workload
7 hrs/week (during paid working hours):
- Classes: 2 hrs/week (recordings available; catch-ups provided)
- Self-study: 2 hrs/week (reading + 10–20 MCQs)
- Reflective report: 3 hrs/week (workplace application)
Funding & What’s Included
1. Department for Education: Apprenticeship tuition (100% for levy payers; 95% for non-levy with 5% employer contribution – £300 total or £30/month for 10 months).
2. Kent Business College: CIM membership, exams, workshop travel, graduation extras — only for the first 10 learners per cohort.

Eligibility Criteria
- UK resident for the past 3 years
- Not enrolled in other government-funded training
- Self-employed individuals are not eligible for DfE funding
- Paid employment in England (normally 30+ hrs/week; minimum 16)
- Employer based in England and registered with the Apprenticeship Service
- Spend at least 50% of their working hours within England
