Schedule: Weekly on Wednesdays
Duration: 26 months + EPA preparation period
Format: Online delivery + optional in-person workshops (London, Kent, Nottingham, Derby, Birmingham, York, Manchester; travel covered)

Programme Highlights
- Live interactive lessons with recordings after every session
- Free one-to-one tutoring (7 days a week, until 9:00 PM)

Study Workload
8 hrs/week (during paid working hours):
- Classes: 2 hrs/week (recordings available; catch-ups provided)
- Reading & Quizzes: 3 hrs/week
- Reflective Reports: 3 hrs/week (workplace application)
Funding & What’s Included
1. Department for Education Fund: Apprenticeship tuition (100% for levy payers; 95% for non-levy with 5% employer contribution – £1,350 total or £45/month for 30 months). This fund includes tutoring services, learning materials, and apprenticeship certificate.
2. Kent Business College Fund (Not Covered by DfE): Covers professional exam fees, memberships, APM ChPP application & preparation, and ICostE / Certified Professional Cost Engineer pathways, limited to the first 10 learners per cohort. This fund includes:
- Membership, registration & exam fees
- Workshop travel
- Graduation ceremony & rewards (incl. laptop prize)
- No hidden costs
Eligibility
- UK resident for the past 3 years
- Must not require sponsorship to work (must hold a British Passport, Indefinite Leave to Remain, or Tier 2 visa with at least three years of UK residency)
- Not enrolled in other government-funded training
- Self-employed individuals are not eligible for DfE funding
- Paid employment in England (normally 30+ hrs/week; minimum 16)
- Employer based in England and registered with the Apprenticeship Service
- Spend at least 50% of their working hours within England

- Add Us to the Apprenticeship Digital Account Service (DAS): Log in to your Government Apprenticeship DAS account Government Apprenticeship DAS - If your employer does not have an account, you only need the Government Gateway credentials (username and password) to create an account.
