Mr Nick Bernard will introduce EU law, institutions and legal hierarchy for those students with limited exposure to the subject. It will provide those who has not studied EU law with a basic understanding of how to read EU legislation and case law. This will be helpful in many subjects since the UK and other Member States’ law and are based on EU law.
