Health Education and Improvement Wales, Working in partnership with Improvement Cymru have developed a unique QI Training programme for both doctors in training and trainers, to provide high quality training in the principles of QI and access to QI training resources to support innovation and excellence in healthcare.
This introductory half-day session is designed for trainers and trainees who are new to Quality Improvement.
The interactive session includes:
· Introduction to the methodology & principles that underpin Quality Improvement
· Signposting to additional training resources and educational support for the development of QI projects
