This Fundamentals of Selling: Session 3 workshop introduces you to the essentials of Being in Control of the Sales Situation and what you need to be doing to Get the Most Out of Every Engagement.

Broken into bite size chunks the workshop will cover:

Module One: Building Relationships & Listening Skills

Module Two: Negotiation Techniques

Module Three: Cross Selling

Please note that you do not need to have attended Fundamentals of Selling: Session 1 or 2 in order to attend and benefit from Session 3.
