The South Tyneside Business Forum is hosting a FREE event for local businesses in the South Tyneside and wider North East. There will be funding and finance advice on offer for all types and sizes of company from the smallest new start up to established or fast growing companies looking to expand.
You will find out more about:

- What is available to you
- How to establish what is the most appropriate for your business
- Where you can go to get support
It will be an opportunity to meet some of the local Funding Organisations and financers in a relaxed atmosphere. Aswell as an opportunity to spend some time with like-minded business owners.

Colin Bell from the North East Local Enterprise Partnership
Providing an overview of the North East Growth Hub platform and how you can get involved. Due to be fully launched in March 2016, the North East Growth Hub provides a single point of access to business information, knowledge and advice, with peer-to-peer support from the local business community and local, regional and national business support providers across the public and private sectors.
Julie Skevington, Growth Manager from Sincero Ltd
Julie has over 20 years of experience in Banking, Commercial Finance and Business Support and for the past 2 years she's been working as a Growth Manager on the Government backed Growth Accelerator programme. Julie will explain the types of funding and finance available for businesses; from what Banks can offer through to the many alternative finance services and new to market options on offer. Julie will also give an insight into the constantly changing world of Grants and Business Support, and clarify what is currently available in the North East.
