This conference provides an exciting, important and unique opportunity for funders of all types and third sector organisations in Scotland to explore how they can work together more effectively to contribute to a fairer, prosperous and sustainable Scotland.

Participants will be able to develop their shared understanding of the current funding environment in Scotland and identify improvement priorities through a mix of plenary and workshop sessions. You can see the conference programme below.

This conference is intended as a first stage, with organisers committed to supporting ongoing progress on the priority actions arising from the conference through, for example, working groups and future national and regional events.

Participation

Participation at the conference is open and free of charge, to Chief Officers and senior representatives of the following types of organisation.

  • Funders from the public sector
  • Scottish and UK independent grant-making Trusts
  • Scottish and UK corporate funders
  • Scottish and UK Social Investors
  • Scottish national and local third sector organisations


Registration

There are 150 places at the conference. Registration will be managed to support balanced representation across the different types of organisation above.


The conference is funded by the Scotland Funders’ Forum which is jointly organising the event with the ACOSVO (Association of Chief Officers of Scottish Voluntary Organisations), and is supported by:
