Funding opportunity - the Life Changes Trust Elgin Conversation
Event Information
Description
Do you have a great idea which could make a difference to the lives of people in Moray affected by dementia?
Looking for help and advice on how to take it forward?
The Elgin Conversation is an opportunity for community groups, organisations and businesses to find out more about the Life Changes Trust, an independent Scottish charity set up in 2013 with a £50 million endowment fund from The Big Lottery Fund.
The trust works with and funds organisations and groups which share its vision of a Scotland where people affected by dementia live in inclusive and respectful environments, with permanently improved quality of life, wellbeing, empowerment and social inclusion.
The trust has an open call for applications to its Community and Dementia Fund 2016/17.
The free event is an opportunity to hear from representatives of the trust, discuss funding ideas and network with others during lunch (provided).
Application guidance is available on the website www.lifechangestrust.org.uk
