Alice Bentinck (@alicebentinck) co-founded Entrepreneur First, an early stage accelerator that selects based on individual technical talent, rather than teams or ideas. Over the last four years, EF has built 37 startups now valued at more than $130m, having raised $30m in venture funding. Alice also set up Code First: Girls, a not-for-profit that teaches young women how to code while at university. She has been in the Evening Standard Top 1000 Londoners and Management Today's 35 under 35. She was previously at McKinsey & Co.
Amelia Humfress (@ameliahumfress) is founder and CEO of Steer, who run tech and coding courses in London. Amelia started on the marketing team at Jimmy Choo before learning to code and swapping shoes for computers. She started Steer because she believes in making tech education accessible to everyone.
Bridget Connell is an Angel investor and a member of the investment screening panel at Angel Academe. In addition she's an executive and business development coach with 20 years' experience in senior leadership positions. She's a business mentor at City of London Entrepreneur Academe, at Wayra Start-Up Incubator, and at Afka.me - a Middle East Digital Start-Up Incubator based in Dubai.
Dr Sarah Malter co-founded Grant Central, the UK grant funding platform. After studying astrophysics, psychology, and genetics, Sarah found her way into corporate training, specialising in Neuro-linguistic programming. She has trained Fortune 500 companies around the world and regularly teaches at major UK universities.
Annabelle Azade is a French-Israeli journalist graduate working for the Associated Press in London. Formerly TV High Tech Presenter for I24News, she has a huge interest in technologies and innovation. With profesionnal experiences both in TV, tech and fashion London, New York, Paris, Tel Aviv and Bangkok, she is always on the look-out for inspirational people.
