Is it really free?

Yes the course is entirely for free, with no hard selling and no pressure for you to use our services after the course has completed.  Why? Because The FMF Course is for everyone. The purpose is to create a positive standard for marketing within the sector. We’ve all seen less than great marketing.

What does session 1 cover?

In this session, we cover "what is marketing" and where the role of a marketer starts and ends. We look at where to start and how to do things the right way from the beginning with an emphasis on how to target your audience and clients in the sector.

Who is leading the course?

Accepted Answer

Sophie Hadley, founder of SH Marketing, has nearly a decade in the funeral sector. Starting as a Cremator Technician and later managing sites. She now supports funeral homes, provides crematoria consultancy, combining her marketing expertise with industry experience for the benefit of the sector.
