Get ready to connect with nature and celebrate UK Fungus Day with a stroll through the beautiful Markeaton Park.

Take in the beauty of the Autumn season while hunting for mushrooms this Fungus Day! This event is perfect for nature lovers, fungi fans, families, and anyone looking to learn about and immerse themselves in the great outdoors.

We will be gathering at Markeaton Car Park at 12:50 PM for a 13:00 PM start, we will then begin our walk around the park where you will be guided to the natural world around you. Learn names and facts about the mushrooms under your feet, and even above your head! And with Autumn being a time of harvest, why not bring a bag along to forage some of nature's goodness?

Price: Donate what you feel/give what you are able/free for low income, no questions asked
