The Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme has been a welcome reprieve for employers, however the economic effects of the COVID-19 pandemic are likely to be long lasting for many businesses.
This event will assist those employers considering the sustainability of their workforce and employment costs in light of upcoming changes to the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme. The changes to the scheme will be explored, along with alternative measures such as temporary lay off, short-term working and redundancy.
Employer’s Health and Safety duties upon their workforce returning to work will also be covered.
