Halo: Contingency Game 7 (final game)

Background

It has been 2 years since the end of the Human-Covenant war and the official declaration of Master Chief John 117 being MIA. With an uneasy peace with some of the Covenant races achieved, study into the Forerunners has taken precedent, to ensure no more weapons like the Halos are hidden out there.

On the planet Fawkham, a Forerunner research facility staffed by UNSC and private civilian personnel are investigating a site built by the long dead race. Recently the ancient technology has become active and has starting receiving encrypted signals.
As stated before, this takes place between the 3rd and 4th Halo games, but no knowledge of either the games or books is required. The less said about the TV show, the better.

Player Roles
You can play as either a soldier, engineer, medic/doctor or scientist, either working privately or for the UNSC (Earth military). The base is run and funded by the UNSC so they have general authority. If you have a specific background in mind, please let me know and we will see what we can do.

For costumes, UNSC soldiers will be in military greens with tactical gear/armour, scientists or doctors can be in greens or blacks, with either white or blue lab coats. Technicians or engineers in coveralls, boiler suits or appropriate work clothes.

Civilians can be in anything that is appropriate for their role, i.e. tac gear for soldiers, lab coats for scientist/doctors.

If anyone needs help with costumes, please let us know. We can either direct you to somewhere you can purchase it, or lend you something on the day.

NPCs

I would like about 3-4 NPCs, preferably anyone who didn't NPC last year, more would be good but I'm not greedy.

If you're a new player please contact the organiser to let us know what you want to play so we can incorporate it into the game, and to make sure we have spare kit for you on the day.
