Join fused glass artist Kate Park (of "Twice Fired") for a unique workshop experience. Kate will guide you through making two fused glass panels which will then be taken away, fired and inserted into a lantern framework, creating a beautiful lantern*. Choose form a range of designs including Christmas teamed or design your own.

You will be shown how to cut glass, use frits, stringers, confetti, glass line and inclusions to add pattern and detail to your piece.

This is a hands-on workshop where no previous experience is necessary.

Explore the wonderful world of glass and experiment with a variety of techniques and materials. You will be carefully and supportively guided through the process.

Cost:

The workshop costs £65 per person - includes all materials and equipment use.

(*you will end up with a gorgeous lantern or two lanterns, to be collected by you 7-14 days after the workshop, once your finished panels have been fired and fitted).
