Fusion Yoga

Join us for a class of laid-back yet energising Fusion Yoga. Expect a mix of styles, gentle breath-work, and space to move at your own pace. Whether you're new to yoga or just need a moment to unwind, this session is for you. Come as you are, stretch what needs stretching, and leave feeling lighter, stronger, and ready for the week ahead.

Time: 11:30 - 13:00 (Event starts at 11:30 and on the last Sunday of the month, the event ends at 14:00)
Community Ticket (for in-house guests): Free incl. tea (and a vegetarian lunch)
Regular Ticket (for external guests): Donation based incl. tea (and a vegetarian lunch)

Equipment: None needed, but you may bring your own yoga mat
Note: On the last Sunday of the month, the class will end at 14:00 to accommodate a vegetarian community lunch, which is included

About 'Brenda Pattipeilohy':
Brenda from House of Kiba is a somatic yoga and breathwork teacher in Eindhoven, guiding diverse yoga styles since 2020. Every Sunday, she leads the class at The Social Hub Eindhoven, blending various styles while emphasizing body, mind, and breath awareness for all levels. At the end of each month, she hosts the class combined with a shared meal for community connection.
