Hi, I'm Lucy , a highly experienced specialist Paediatric Dietitian and Qualified Feeding Therapist with over 14 years experience with fussy eating. I've pulled together a 90-minute workshop for parents, which brings together everything you need to know to support your child from food refusal to food freedom and confidence. I'm bringing my knowledge and skills from 10 years NHS Dietetic experience, alongside 9 years working in a specialist feeding clinic where I work hands-on supporting children to expand their diets and develop healthy happy relationships with food and happy mealtimes for all!
The workshop will cover :
- The 'whys' when it comes to understanding food refusal with children and challenging mealtimes
- Evidence-based principles that actually work with supporting fussy or unconfident eaters - how to put these into practice at mealtimes
- Look holistically at your role as a parent and your child's role at mealtimes
- Explore eating as learning and key principles to help your child feel confident around new foods
- Support you with practical 'how to's at mealtimes, troubleshooting those common concerns and what to do about them
- Pull together some of the top tips and strategies we use in feeding clinic to support children with food refusal
- Nutritional guidance to ensure your child is still getting the right nutrients despite a limited diet
- Meal planning guidance, with a FREE meal planner to support putting guidance into action
- Give you the confidence to understand the whys, what nows and what next's when it comes to managing fussy eating
- Live Q&A with me for 15 minutes at the end

What parents have said about previous webinars...
"So glad I found Lucy’s fussy eating webinar. Frankie’s feeding has been an issue from an early age and as a single parent it made me feel like I had done something wrong. Lucy made me realise it wasn’t my fault which really helped my confidence in implementing changes. It felt more manageable to make the small changes suggested and slowly but surely we are making progress. Frankie is able to pick up and taste new foods and enjoys mealtimes whereas before they were such a stressful experience. Thank you Lucy, I’m very grateful for your webinar 🤍"
