She started in fashion with no contacts, so she knows how to build a network, brand and reputation.

If you want to know how to build your team, Phil is the person to speak to.
Sophie Slater - Co-Founder of Birdsong
Sophie is one of the founding members of Birdsong, which was born in 2014 and is a rapidly growing fashion enterprise. It was started after Sophie and and fellow founders Ruba and Sarah saw the effects that funding cuts were having on women's organisations, so they decided to come together and take action through fashion. They help make over £10000 per year for women's charities.
Hannah Severin - Digital Analyst Topshop
Hannah is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve the experience and maximise profits on the website. She previously worked as a trade analyst working with both buyers and merchandisers on trading strategies to drive sales in stores. "These roles have allowed me not only to develop an understanding of the risks and changes taking place in fashion but where the opportunities are and what the business of fashion will look like in the future."
Dior Bediako - Founder and Director Pepper Your Talk
Dior started out in fashion and soon discovered the importance of networking and presenting yourself well at work. Now she shares her learning and interviews with other fashion insiders on her You Tube channel. Pepper Your Talk is a phy-gital (physical and digital) platform dedicated to developing a future mind-set amongst young fashion creatives, helping them find their feet within the industry.
We'll be hearing about the panellists career journeys, key projects and defining moments. They will also be talking about the struggles they have overcome and sharing their pearls of wisdom with you.
There will be time after the event to network with panellists and fellow guests. The Birdsong Pop Up shop will be open so you can have a look around and pick up some last minute Christmas prezzies!!
See you there!
