Description

Sustainability is not knowing about what not to eat, it’s all about knowing what to eat and when to eat it. That’s why it’s a good thing for food researchers to work with chefs.

We’ve teamed up with Dr Wayne Martindale, Reader and Director of the Food Insights and Sustainability Service at the National Centre for Food Manufacturing to bring you our Future Foods Feast. The meal will feature an interactive Q&A on sustainable eating.

£38.00 per person
Includes welcome drink on arrival.
Arrival at 7pm,
Dinner at 7.30pm.

Marine Stewardship Council approved Fish of the Day with Varieties of Beetroot,
Rope Grown Mussels and Sea Vegetables

Main Course

Slow Cooked Haunch and BBQ Loin of Heathland Mutton with Celeriac Fondant
and Parsley Root Purée, Casserole of Pearl Barley and Beans in Mutton Broth
and Roasted Root Vegetables

Dessert

Egg Custard Tart
with Yorkshire Forced Rhubarb in all its glory
