About this event
This webinar is a chance for us to give anyone interested in applying to the second call of the Future of UK Treescapes programme more information. The second call aims to address gaps identified in the programme's portfolio of projects. It is also a chance to get to know other people interested in the call and open up roads to collaboration.
We will explain a little about the Ambassadors’ roles and vision for the programme, the details of Call 2 and offer you a first opportunity to ask any questions you have before submitting an application.

About the Future of UK Treescapes programme
The Future of UK Treescapes programme seeks to significantly improve the environmental, socio-economic and cultural understanding of the functions and services provided by UK treescapes, in order to inform decision-making on the expansion of future treescapes for the benefits of the environment and society.
This interdisciplinary programme is led by UKRI-NERC and jointly funded by the Arts & Humanities Research Council (UKRI-AHRC) and the Economic & Social Research Council (UKRI-ESRC).
Call 2
The second call aims to address gaps identified in the programme's portfolio of projects. This is an open call and is not limited to individuals with existing funding from a specific call, scheme or research council. The call is part of the wider Future of UK Treescapes £14.5 million programme and is scheduled notifications of intent need to be submitted by 4pm, 14 January. The Future of UK Treescapes Programme Collaborator Finder is a tool for you to search for other researchers, practitioners and stakeholders interested in developing a proposal to the Programme’s second call, discover their focus and interests, and contact them.
