The third annual Chatham House conference will examine the drivers transforming the world of work and evaluate policy and industry responses.

Discussions will focus on:

  • The impact of technology on global economic power
  • Productivity challenges across developed and emerging economies
  • Effective measures to encourage systematic engagement between education and industry to equip the future workforce
  • How to take advantage of flexibility enabled by new labour market platforms whilst increasing security for workers
  • The ethics of artificial intelligence and responsible approaches to govern the impact of technology on jobs
