The latter however, skills, is often overlooked when it comes to innovation. But with research showing training and development to be the No.1 desired employee benefit, a complete look at the Future of Work requires a much sharper focus on how we develop people.
We have created a platform to talk about people development in the future of work. How do we engage and get the best from our people? Who leads it? And how can we offer the best opportunities for our people to learn and grow in an ever changing technological and economic landscape?

Speaker - Hessie Coleman, Head of People Operations at Starling Bank is joining us to talk about ‘Passport to Starling’, a first-of-its-kind rotational flexible development programme supporting Starling's Customer Service team to grow their skills and careers within CS and across the business.
Speaker - Richard MacKinnon, Managing Director of WorkLifePsych joins us to talk about the Psychology behind helping people deal with uncertainty, ambiguity, setbacks and the inevitable challenges of a changing workplace landscape.
