What is the KCoC event refund policy?

In the event you need to cancel your reservation, please cancel within 48 hours in order to receive a refund.

Is there a dress code for KCoC events?

The recommended dress code for our events is smart business casual (exceptions to this will be stated clearly in individual event listings)

Do I have to be a KCoC member to attend this event?

Our events are generally open to both Members and Non-Members (exceptions to this will be clearly stated in individual event ticket purchasing options)

Why is there a price difference between member and non-member ticket types?

As a non-for-profit membership organisation we aim to maintain fairness in our pricing structure, hence a slightly higher charge for non-members tickets.
