How does L&D stay relevant in an era of disruption and constant change? This Learning Transformation Breakfast Meeting brings together peers and industry experts to share their unique and challenging perspectives on this burning topic.

It is undoubtedly true that L&D is changing fast, but how, why, and what works? During this interactive and collaborative event, together we will examine what actions L&D can take to bind it closer to the heart of the organisation it serves.

Joined by guest speakers:

Gemma Critchley is Aviva’s Head of Technology and Innovation for Learning. She will share with us her strategy to remain aligned with the company; her recipe for success, and what she has learned over the last few years about effective organisational learning.

Ed Beccle is a serial entrepreneur. Age 20, he is on his third company having sold his first start-up at 16. He has developed a unique software package called GRASP HR to help organisations maximise social learning, mentoring and sharing of knowledge. His first customer: Unilever! Ed thinks big. He will offer his own insights from working with large companies on their mentoring and knowledge sharing ambitions.

Barbara Thompson is a Learning Architect for GP Strategies supporting and enabling clients with learning transformation. Whilst each organisation has their unique challenges, she will share her experiences working at BP, PA Consulting and GP Strategies, along with common misconceptions in attempting to modernise. Barbara will also discuss how using the power of agile development and co-creation is vital to engagement and de-risking design and development.

Facilitated by Nigel Paine, who will add his insights from his recent travels to the US, Australia, New Zealand, Kuwait, Qatar and Mexico. His focus will be how building a culture of learning is a critical way forward for organisations to stay focussed and in touch with their customers and the world outside their four walls.

We look forward to welcoming you to this lively, insightful and problem focussed session. Join us for breakfast and networking from 8:30am, our sessions start at 9:00am.

In order to make this discussion truly 'peer-led' this event is for L&D professionals only. We reserve the right to decline registrations.
