About the speakers

Laura Acosta - Executive Coach, Training and Wellbeing Consultant

Laura is a senior Leadership Development and Wellbeing professional who has held senior positions in Education and has been an Assistant Headteacher. Before joining Loch, Laura was a Director of HR, Recruitment and Training. Laura is an ICF Accredited ACC Coach and a Menopause Experts Group Licensed Champion. She is also a certified Mindfulness teacher and an Edu-Therapy Bereavement and Loss Specialist.

Lauren McLaughlin - Partner and Solicitor

Lauren is an Employment Law Solicitor with over 10 years of experience, and she heads up Loch’s London office. Lauren is known for her ability to provide advice to clients to help them manage their teams and guide them on the range of issues they can encounter in the workplace. Recognised in Legal 500 for her work on sex and pregnancy discrimination, she advises on complex claims, senior executive exits, Tribunal claims, redundancies and restructurings, and policies and procedures, as well as offering strategic and pragmatic guidance to businesses.
