We're inviting you to a pivotal EDI training session focused on exploring Core Beliefs and Values, understanding Unconscious Bias, and deepening our grasp of Race and Racism. This training is designed not just to inform but to transform, offering a space to hold up a mirror to our own beliefs and biases.
- Core Beliefs and Values: Unpack the foundations that drive our decisions and behaviours, and align our actions with our core principles.
- Unconscious Bias: Discover and confront the subconscious stereotypes that influence our interactions, learning practical strategies to mitigate their impact.
- Understanding Race and Racism: Examine the language and structures of racism to better understand its influence in our professional lives and beyond.
This session aims to foster a candid and respectful dialogue, encouraging each participant to reflect openly, challenge personal and systemic barriers, and embrace growth. Join us in this journey to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
Come to Frome Town Hall from 9.45am for a prompt 10am start. The session will last for 1.5 hours, with an additional half hour for questions and follow-up.
