Your personal data is shared only with those departments and staff within the RHS who need access for the purposes set out above. For the purpose of this event, we will not share your details with any external or third party organisation.

How long is your personal data kept?

We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes of this event. After one month after the event (15.07.2024) all personal details, including event feedback, will be deleted.
