Futures Lab is pleased to announce the return of its in-person Provider Network Industry event on the 5th November 2025.
Hosted again at the QinetiQ site in Farnborough, Futures Lab welcomes all members of our Provider Network to a face to face event, for an opportunity to network, engage and feedback to the Futures Lab team and our MOD customers.
The deadline to register is 21st October 2025 so we have ample time to get everyone registered at Cody Technology Park (QinetiQ site).
As our network approaches over 300 organisations, we are asking that only one representative from each company registers, in order to ensure we can allow as many organisations to attend as possible. Please co-ordinate this within your companies, if we see multiple people from one organisation have registered we will have to cancel both tickets.
A high-level summary of the agenda is below but we will be reaching out to organisations asking them for feedback on what they want to get out of the event, who they want to hear from as well as any other relevant topics.

- Case studies, pipeline and Q&A sessions from the command leads
- Breakout / networking session
- Lunch will be provided - please email with any dietary requirements
