Tom Potter
Tom is a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) practitioner, men’s wellness coach, and lifelong explorer of the outdoors. With experience leading hikes in the UK and India, Tom combines hiking with reflection, breathwork, and mindset tools to help people find clarity, strength, and calm in nature.

Group transfer to hike start point (via pre-booked minibus or shared taxi – included in price)

🥾 The Hike
• Location: Ogwen Valley area - dramatic, scenic, great for a one-day challenge (e.g. hike to Llyn Idwal & Devil’s Kitchen circuit or Tryfan area depending on group ability and weather)
• Total Hike Time: ~4–5 hours including breaks
• Pace: Steady and supportive - this is about shared effort, not competition

🏁 Return Plan
• Finish hike by 4:00 PM
• Return transfer to Bangor Station by 5:00 PM
• Recommended return train: Bangor to London Euston – departs ~5:30 PM
(Direct, ~3.5 hours travel time)
• Back in London by around 9:00 PM
