Pre + Postnatal Pilates Class- ONLINE

About this Event

A pre and postnatal mat Pilates class from the comfort of your home.

The session will run for 45 minutes and you will be given exercises/ modifications according to where you are in your pregnancy or post birth.

Open to all levels (including beginners!)

HOW IT WORKS: The class will be run using the video conferencing website, Zoom- you have the option to share your video, but it isn't essential. If you haven't used Zoom before you will be sent clear instructions on how to join beforehand.

1:1 Pilates: If you would like an initial 1:1 session to learn the basics of Pilates or to ensure that you are doing the exercises correctly ahead of joining the group class please email Georgia (see below).
