Pilgrim Place is a project that will comprise of 2 no Grade A office blocks known as 1 Pilgrim Place and 2 Pilgrim Place. 1 Pilgrim Place will be a 9-storey building and 2 Pilgrim Place will be a tiered block, 7-storeys high with a Level 03 terrace area. Below ground/street level the buildings will have two basement levels and the buildings will be adjoined by a central courtyard providing a new public communal area for occupiers.
Basement levels up to level 00 will be a reinforced in-situ concrete frame incorporating 3 no slip form concrete lift and stair cores. From level 00, the construction will change to a steel frame structure incorporating suspended reinforced concrete floors on metal decking. Both buildings will boast high levels of natural light, 1 Pilgrim Place façade will be constructed of mainly glass curtain walling and 2 Pilgrim Place will be built out of traditional brickwork with elements of curtain walling.
PPE Required - Steel toe boots, hi-vis, gloves & hard hat with chin strap (hats with chin straps can be provided if needed)
