This will be a GI event!

Are there showers, changing rooms and parking?

Yes, this is Europes largest dedicated martial arts centre for the local community so all of those are provided and the parking is free - there's also free parking in all the adjacent roads.

Will this be good for all levels?

Yes! Gabriel will be showing us a range of techniques and tips that he's tried and tested many times at all his belt levels so there will be something for everyone for sure - it will be a very fun morning and a great investment of your time.
