What resources will I receive?

Gaelic words and information about songs. Audio recordings of songs and spoken words will be added to the Google Classroom at least 24 hours before the class. Classes are recorded (consent will be asked for before each class) to allow students to go back over the learning.

Which online platform is used?

I use Google Classroom. I find it easy to navigate and access. Once you enrol in the class you will be added to the Google Classroom. The link for the meet will be shared with the students before the first class.

Will the class be delivered in Gaelic?

I will aim to deliver the class in Gaelic and will add some English translation throughout. Attending the classes will hopefully improve Gaelic language skills also.

Working Songs - Òrain Obrach

Join me for a 4 week course on Gaelic working songs. Classes begin on will be delivered online via Google Classroom from 7:00pm - 8:00pm. Learn about the purpose of working songs. Come away with a good knowledge of variety of songs and hopefully confidence to share with others. Once you sign up to the course you will be invited to join Google Classroom.
