About The Instructors.

Megan Macgregor:

Megan has been a student of yoga and Pilates for more than 17 years and has been a full time teacher of both forms of mindful movement for the last 7 years.

Megan qualified as a Yoga teacher and a Pilates instructor (Mat/Reformer and Studio Pilates) through Tiaki Pilates and Yoga Wellington, New Zealand in 2011 and has completed post-qualification training in pre-natal/post-natal Pilates at Elixir in Sydney Australia plus Yoga for Kids and Families with Rainbow Kids Yoga.
She has also studied with Ana Forrest, Darren Rhodes, Sadie Nardini, Simon Park, Sarah Owens and Don Peers and most recently with BodyMindLife’s Noelle Connolly. In 2016 she completed her comprehensive Rehabilitation/Studio Pilates Certification with Polestar Pilates Australia and has continued to learn from internationally respected Pilates teachers including Courtney Miller, Olga Tamara, Blossom Leilani Crawford and Kathryn Ross-Nash.

Shade Bruce:

Shadé’s powerful , technical teaching opens the door for her clients to pursue their fitness goals with energy and passion. She has a strong ability to identify clients individual motivations and inspires everyone around her with her warmth and sass.

Always energetic with armloads of killer tunes in her playlis to make you move and up your effort to the max! This Zulu girl followed the love of her life to Glasgow and promptly fell in love with the grey skies and the people that make Glasgow.

Currently teaching a variation of fitness classes exclusively for the University of Glasgow Sports Division. Shadé is skilled in Weight Training, Developing group and individual workout programmes and assist in ensuring they are followed through safely and efficiently.
