Where is the walk exactly?

For privacy reasons, the exact details of the day will only be shared with attendees. However, the meeting location is on an accessible train line and has car parking available.

What train station do I need to get to?

All details including train station and meeting postcode will be sent to attendees within 24 hours of booking.

What's for lunch?

Accepted Answer

A lunch location has been arranged but is not included in the ticket price. To allow for the best flexibility for everyone's dietary preferences and budgets, you're asked to pre-order your meal. A menu will be sent to you within 24 hours of booking. Payment for your meal will be taken at the venue.

Are dogs allowed?

Accepted Answer

Dogs are allowed, however, to accommodate everyone including those who may feel less confident around dogs, we ask the following: Please ensure your dog does not jump up on people or other dogs, has good recall and can be put on a leash as requested by our guide. Dogs are only allowed on this basis.

What fitness level do I need for this walk?

Accepted Answer

This walk is graded as moderate and will last around 3 hours with breaks. The distance is approx. 9.5k and includes some hills with some steep ascents and descents. It's 'easy underfoot' through valley fields and high moorland paths with amazing views and a woodland path.

What do I need to bring?

All attendees will be emailed a kit list and what to bring including recommended snacks and drinks.

Currently, refunds are not available. However, please reach out and if we are able to pass on your ticket, we can help at our discretion.

What happens after I've booked?

Accepted Answer

After you've booked, you'll be emailed further details within 24 hours. Ahead of the trip you'll be added (if you want to be) to a short-term WhatsApp group for ease of conversation and any further details. This group will be deleted after the event.
