The perfect introduction to the art of game cookery! You will learn quick and easy ways of preparing a pheasant, partridge or venison, and incorporating them into some crowd pleasing game dishes.
We will then show you the techniques to make the most of the trimmings, including game terrine and game sausages.
Please note: This is a guide to the activities that will make up your course at HH&Co Backstage. This is by no means set in stone and will depend on seasonal availability.
What are my parking options getting to HH&Co Backstage? There is parking at Lime Wood when you arrive.
What should I wear/bring to the course?
For hygiene and safety reasons, please tie back long hair and wear flat, closed-toe shoes. We’ll provide you with an apron while you’re here.
