Description

Reach Every Generation has developed a recognised training programme, which we have delivered nationally to numerous organisations who work with young people. Our training has been delivered to many different professionals including, Social Workers, Police, Teachers, Substance Misuse workers, Judges, Doctors, Nurses, residential children home staff, Community Safety Partnerships and prison workers.


The training has raised awareness for attendees around, gangs, how they operate, county lines, grooming, Child Criminal Exploitation, trafficking, trauma, knife crime, organised criminal gangs, early childhood experiences, signs to look out for, specialist intervention, resources, how to engage hard to reach young people, styles of approach, trauma informed practice, risk assessing, risk management, girls in gangs and multi-agency working.


The founder of Reach Every Generation, Gavin McKenna has lived experience which is used to enhance the development of the attendees by offering examples of professional’s involvement, family breakdown, professional failings and positives.


Reach Every Generation are achieving remarkable results working with professionals and young people, we have been awarded Big Lottery Funding for 2 projects in Essex and PCC funding through the Home Office in Thames Valley to deliver a project in Buckinghamshire.

What is the refund policy?

Once a place is secured you may amend your delegate name without charge. You may cancel your booking up to one calendar month without charge. Any cancellations made within two weeks of the seminar date will incur 50% charge. Any cancellations made within a week of the forum date will be liable for full payment. If we cancel the forum for any reason, we will refund 100% of the fee, but will not be held liable for any travel or accommodation costs incurred. We always endeavour to reschedule a forum as opposed to cancelling it.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

In the event of you being unable to attend you may transfer your ticket to a colleague, with prior permission from the NWG (note a Gold member may only transfer to another gold member and an non member to a non member) Please email network@nwgnetwork .org for clarification
