In need of GAPS lunchbox inspiration? Out of ideas for GAPS snacks? Join children's nutritionist and certified GAPS practitioner Jenny Edelstein in a fun and informal morning of cooking and conversation.

This is a small group workshop limited to 8 participants (no children please). The group will work together to prepare snack and lunchbox recipes, using GAPS-friendly ingredients and cooking methods. Recipe cards will be provided to all attendees.

At the end of the workshop, the participants will sit down and share a meal of the foods prepared during the session. This is also a great way to meet other families following the GAPS diet!

Brain Food clinic is located in Golders Green, North London. It is easily accessible via underground (Golders Green station), National Express coach (Golders Green coach station), overground (Finchley Road and Frognal station, then 13 or 82 bus) and numerous buses. Parking is available.
