Event description
A consensus meeting to finalise a core outcome set for surgical trials in gastric cancer.

About this Event

The GASTROS study aims to standardise the reporting of critically important outcomes in surgical trials for gastric cancer. This international study, funded by the National Institute for Health Research, has brought together over 1000 patients, cancer nurses and surgeons to agree which outcomes are most important to report in this field.

This meeting aims to review the results of a recent international, multi-language Delphi survey before making a final recommendation regarding which outcomes to include in the 'core outcome set'.

The meeting is open to patients, oncology nurses and surgeons who participated in the Delphi survey in 2019.
