Having undertaken a risk assessment we are able to safely seat 26 people in church taking into account the 2m distance rule (this may change if the distance is reduced to 1m plus). With this in mind, we are proposing each week to hold a simple Sunday morning service. For the immediate future these services will held at St Stephen's, Gateacre but in time, after further risk assessments, will move around the team.

This short simple act of worship has been prepared for those who want to return to worship in church following the coronavirus lockdowns. Each week we hope to present a new service that will encourage and equip those who attend. As the weeks go by we hope to build on this simple service, with music, bible study, and prayer.

10.30am Contemporary Service*

Attendance at this service will be carefully managed. People will be asked to inform us which service they wish to attend by booking through eventbrite, or via designated church official. Please email gateacreteamministry@gmail.com or visit our facebook page for further details. Our stewards will be on hand to welcome you to church and a queuing system will be in operation. Once inside church, you will be ushered to your seats. At the end of the service, you will be asked to follow a sequenced exit strategy meaning there are no accidental ‘gatherings’ breaking the 2m rule.* We are planning to livestream the 10:30am service on the Internet for those unable to attend in person. If you have any concerns about being present at an event which is being broadcast live, or have any queries, please don't hesitate to contact us.
