GATHER AND WRITE: AWARD-WINNING WEEKLY ONLINE CREATIVE WRITING CLASS

Maybe you’re curious to try writing for the first time, or partway through a project and in search of inspiration. Wherever you are in your journey, these Friday morning sessions create a revitalising pause – a space to reflect, imagine and write.

Each week offers a new theme, with curated prompts drawn from art and nature as well as literature.

Our tutor, Joanne Rush, has a PhD in literature from Cambridge University and a second PhD in Creative Writing. She is a Booker Prize-nominated novelist, a prize-winning short story writer, an internationally published poet, and a creative writing teacher with over 10 years of experience.

If you choose to share your writing, you’ll find support and encouragement. But you are also very welcome to sit quietly and absorb.
