This is a booking for SOUTHEND campus only.

You will need to make your way to North Terminal arrivals at Gatwick airport. We do not pick up from South Terminal. To move between terminals, simply take the free inter-terminal shuttle service, please follow this link

It runs every few minutes 24/7 and has a journey time of just two minutes. The shuttle station is located close to the train station at Gatwick's South Terminal.Ensure you are at North Terminal arrivals hall 20 minutes before your coach transfer departure time.

Please make yourself known to us as soon as you arrive.Please look for University of Essex signage in the North Terminal opposite the arrivals entrance, by Pret A Manger. You will be taken to Southend campus where you can collect your accommodation key or make arrangements to go on to your private accommodation.

Refund requests must be made 48 hours prior to date of transfer. Refunds will not be issued after this time.
